So everything related to improving the quality of that link back is the way to measure if a directory is seo friendly or not.</description>

- session ids
- bad URL structure
- lack of basic onsite SEO

If the directory itself isn't search engine friendly it doesn't matter a damn how many direct links it could give you - nobody will be able to find it and them
